Rasberry sprays....aka zerberts!

I used to love zerberts when I was a kid. Ethan has a CD he received from Ga Ga that calls them rasberry sprays! Here is a video of Ethan with Daddy giving each other rasberry sprays before nite nite time! Also a couple of pictures of Ethan.....he got in my mascara while I was in the shower. I let him sit on the counter to look at himself and he thought he was so cool!

Bunnies, Elmo and trains oh my!

We had a wonderful Easter at home with the family! We ended up staying 10 days and got to have many playdates with friends and family. We also got to attend Sesame Street at Sea World. Ethan loved it and whenever Elmo went off stage he got so upset. He sat on Kris's lap the entire time....shocking!
We also went to Reece's 1st birthday party,held a baby shower for Heather and got to meet our newest friend Emma Grace and just enjoy good ol San Antonio! Ethan also snagged himself a motorized train for a lil early birthday present!

Don't buy pajamas with choo choo trains for the kiddo....he is supposed to be asleep but he is in his crib saying "all aboard choo choo" and kissing his trains on his pajama pants......its so darn cute....we'll see if he ever falls asleep!

Our funny lil bunny!

Since I am in San Antonio I can't download pictures but I can tell you about our lil bunny and all the new things he is doing!
He is getting so smart and just soaks up everything. We were able to enjoy this past weekend with Aunt Jo Jo and Uncle Fitz and he just had a blast. He goes to the door of their room and asks for them....so sweet.
He is repeating every word and his newest favorite words are ocli(broccoli) and ogurt(yogurt). He loves to say Hi and the most recent hour long converstation with my mom went like this..

He recognizes things that are my dad's and says papa juice, papa car, papa chair etc....just melts my heart. He knows many animal sounds, can count and is learning his ABC's.
He still loves to go to sleep and takes great naps and tells me night night and goes to his crib. He has to sleep with his baby which is a blanket that he got from his Aunt Britta.
He is definitely all boy and loves dirt, water, outside and just doesn't sit still. I tell myself he is just so smart and that's why he doesn't want to play with his toys he just wants to explore everywhere! He is extremely obssessed with trains and says all aboard choo choo all the time. We went to a friends house whose lil boy had trains on his bed sheets and Ethan went crazy...just kept saying all aboard choo choo. Looks like we will need a train themed room. Speaking of room, he will be out of his crib soon as he can now climb in it and is super close to getting out....should be interesting when we move him to a big boy bed!
He is at a trying age right now....loves to throw tantrums. I am trying very hard with being patient and teaching him how to react in situations. This age is just hard because he wants to be independent but can't do a lot of things yet on his own. So we are learning everyday!

Wow what a wonderful weekend with my girlfriends from college. We try to get together every year. Since we have kiddos now and busy lives its so hard to get us all together in a weekend. We missed Nat, Risa and Tiff! Susan and Joanie drove down from Houston with Ava and Aiden and Brittney flew down from Dallas. We relaxed, played, laughed and just enjoyed spending time with each other. It was so great to see the kiddos interact and Ethan got some great time with B(otherwise known as Brittney). Since she flew, she was here a little sooner. Britt has 2 neices and nephews she knows how to steal kids hearts. Ethan is still asking for "B". Here are a few pictures from our incredible weekend!
