On Friday night we ventured out to the Corpus Christi "Hooks" Baseball game with Ethan and some of Kris's friends. We had taken him before but never at a night time game. Luckily for us he napped until 6:30pm and we headed to the game at 7:30(normally his bed time). He was great the whole game thanks to ritz cheese it crackers, cheerios, juicy juice boxes and most importantly his first ever FRENCH FRY! Yes I gave him whataburger fries and he loved them. Kept him happy for awhile. He didn't really cry just wanted to crawl all over us and not sit still. We actually were on the jumbo tron and it was neat to see us as a family on it. We had 1st row seats by the 3rd base so when the game was over I told Ethan to wave bye to the players and one of them threw us a ball. He was so excited. Then afterward we watched fireworks and they were LOUD. Ethan's eyes were huge and he didn't cry at all. Needless to say it was a wonderful evening and I loved watching Ethan have so much fun. It was a night I will remember just like how I remember going to the San Antonio Missions games eating ice cream from the plastic baseball cap cups....those were the days.
